    I use this a lot during practice. It helps me focus on my core rotation. I’ve noticed I’ve been a lot more stable in the water and more efficient since I started using this. I would recommend to pair it with a buoy.

    The pulling ankle strap is a great addition to a pull buoy to keep the ankles together with the flotation assistance from the pull buoy. Some of my swimmers use it without a pull buoy which provides more of a challenge for the core muscles to keep the lower body higher in the water while pulling. In general, I recommend this product for high school age swimmers because the band seems to be a too large for smaller swimmers.

    We purchased this for my kid who is on a swim team; and is one of the required items for the daily practice. This FINIS rubber strap is perfect for the training and can be used both in ankles and knees as the little ones are getting trained. Seems like a durable product that does what it is meant to do. My kid either loses these pretty frequently or mixes up with others; and writing the name with a permanent marker helps quite a bit.

    This product is great for teaching a more effective breaststroke kick to new swimmers. I use the larger band above the knees the keep the knees from going out to wide on the breaststroke kick. I use the small bands to keep the legs together on the butterfly kick. As far as I am concerned, they are a must have in teaching new swimmers proper stroke technique.
