– Great product.
I love this product. I’ve been swimming for around 15 years, and this is the best drag suit I’ve used so far. Keep in mind, I think its not for beginners, but for intermediate to high level swimmers. You feel you are being pulled from behind while you swim, and that is just great if you want a intense swimming workout. I would also recommend not to use it from the beginning of your swimming training (you really feel a big resistance), you should warm up without it first. I always use it in the middle of my training, then I take it off and go for sprints. I’m 29W, I bought small size and it fits well. It gets dry faster than regular swimsuits. It is not what I was looking for: it is much better!

– Good product. Will make you feel tired.
Really like this product. First a warning, warm up first since otherwise I think you might get into injury territory.
At first you don’t feel that much of a drag and you can build some momentum but then:
– After bouncing from the wall you realize that you are unable to propulse as you are used to.
– After some laps you start to feel that your energy is depleting much faster.
I use it once per week (go to the pull 3 or 4 times a week) and this thing is really helping to build some strength.

– Great for advanced swimmers
Drag suits, every swimmers nightmare. I say that in jest but this suit definitely grabs hold of the surrounding water and decreases speed as intended. On average it adds 10-15 seconds per 100 yards for the swimmers I coach and shows the importance of good stroke technique. Easy to use and dries fast.

This is the only drag suit that my sons’ swim coach will let the team wear. Gives a hard workout and creates more drag and resistance for training than most other drag suits. Both of my boys use it regularly during their training sessions.

Love this suit. I have a parachute also but prefer the drag suit because it offers similar resistance without the nuisance of anything getting caught up in your legs.

Amazing training suit. It feels like driving a car with the park brake on. You really have to work harder to move in the water. It forces you to be very deliberate in your technique and really concentrate on the stroke, otherwise you’re not going to move! I have only used it 4 times and have only been able to do sets of 50 meters. It is incredible how strong you have to pull and kick to go forward. It is nothing like a pull buoy! It is not for the faint of heart but it will definitely improve your cardio and muscle development and is a great addition to any swim bag! I’ve been on several swim teams including University. I would highly recommend to advanced swimmers only who want to improve their strength and stroke. Try not to laugh after you take it off! Without that drag, it feels like you’ve been shot out of a slingshot! 🙂

i call my drag suit my “torture trunks” i am hardly a fast swimmer to begin with but these really slow me down and give me a workout, i love and highly recommend them, when i swim without them i feel somewhat fast!
