– The FINIS Iso paddles are strapless paddles designed to isolate specific muscle groups, develop proper hand position and heighten stroke awareness. The FINIS Iso paddles are uniquely designed to create an imbalance in the catch phase of a stroke, which forces swimmers to apply more pressure on either side of the paddle in order to maintain a proper stroke. The variance encourages swimmers to pay increased attention to hand position in the water, keeping it level and consistent throughout the catch and pull of each stroke.

I’m a new swimmer and I love these paddles. They are great in helping me realize when my stroke is wrong. It takes a bit of practice to get used to them, but once you do you’ll realize how effective they truly are.

A fantastic addition to the Finis Paddle range. These really do isolate individual muscle groups and provide a great feel for the water. As a coach i think these will become a go to paddle for corrections and technical work in our sessions.

These paddles – after recently purchasing them and trying them out in training – are excellent. It makes me focus more on my technique and how I pull through the water. My Favorites <3
From all the paddles I have tried and own, those are my favorites. I’m an advanced swimmer for over 15 years with good technique, so I need pads in general to improve my swim. With these pads my upperbody strengh training is extra versatile. Basically swimming all strokes and switching left to right pad, engages every muscle with clear results. They join me on every workout for 6 months now, and I will recommend them to my swimming team.

Was skeptical at first thinking “oh boy, just another paddle”, but these things are AWESOME. I really feel the burn in the specific muscle groups, dependeding on which way I’m wearing them. I love matching them up with my Agility paddles, and switching from one to another. COOL PRODUCT FINIS!!!

– Love these more than all the others! Maintains perfect form!
These paddles can be used a couple of ways – I settled on middle finger through the opening with “Finis” showing at the top. I had initially wanted and ordered the other Finis paddles, the ones where your thumb goes through, and as soon as I tried them on my hand, I knew I’d lose them. With those, you’re reliant on your thumb kind of clenching to keep them in place, but with the ISO paddles, my hand shapes naturally in the open position that I teach. I don’t worry about them slipping off and they are great at their main job, which is to add resistance so my strokes get stronger! I recommend these without reservation! 5 stars!

– Very easy to put on and very effective to help out swimming training
I tried quite several types of string/strip based paddle. This new innovative product fundamentally solved the challenges to put on paddle (in split second), not slippery, stable, and effective to strength the muscles in swimming.
I’m still learning to distinguish inside/outside difference. But this product is way beyond my experiences with other types of paddles.
Keep innovations coming please!
