The FINIS Foam Pull Buoy aligns the body from head to toe and improves symmetry. Made of EVA foam material that will not chafe or irritate the skin. Available in Adult and Jr. sizes; the Jr. size is ideal for swimmers with smaller legs or under the age of 12.

I’m 5’ 11” and swim anywhere from 2500-3500 yards, 3x a week. I really like this pull buoy! The size is perfect for me which makes it very comfortable to use. Many other pull buoys are too small or too large, making it hard to keep with me while I’m swimming but I haven’t had any issues with this one. I also don’t find myself having to squeeze my legs together to keep it in place. The material is soft but durable. I’ve only had it for a couple months but as of now, I would highly recommend.

I am adult female swimmer, but I wanted to use a pull buoy that had less buoyancy than the adult version, because the adult version causes my back to arch a little. This pull buoy worked perfectly for my needs.

I swim for my physical health and use this leg buoy to keep my spine in alignment so as not to twist too much and aggravate my low back issues. I have L3-S1 degenerative disc disease and referred pain. The buoy allows me to immobilize my thighs and hips and prevent twisting in my spine. I also get a better upper body workout.
I like that this buoy is symmetrical on the ends.
