WARNING: 

The Swim Speed Belt should only be used with adult supervision. The elastic should not be stretched more than three times the original length, so as not to exceed the strength limit of the elastic. Keep the elastic away from the face and never release it while under tension. It should not be stretched in a place where it can hit other people. Do not use if the elastic is cracked, torn or damaged in any way.

Care and Maintenance

Store in an indoor area away from UV rays and preferably in a ventilated space. If they come into contact with chlorinated or salt water, rinse them thoroughly with fresh water and let them dry completely in the shade before storing.

Resistance bands are not toys and should be used under the supervision of an experienced adult or coach. Do not stretch the elastic more than three times its original length to avoid exceeding its resistance limit. Keep the elastic away from your face and never snap it when under tension. Do not use if the elastic is cracked.
