– The FINIS Forearm Fulcrum Paddles develop an early vertical forearm (EVF) position and increase stroke efficiency. An EVF position utilizes the entire forearm during the pull, from the fingertips to the elbow. The FINIS Forearm Fulcrum Paddles promote muscle memory of the proper hand, wrist and forearm position. The Forearm Fulcrum Paddles improve efficiency and maintain a strong, uninterrupted pull from the very beginning to the end of the stroke. The Paddles are a versatile tool for all four competitive strokes.

The paddles have helped a lot of my swimmers learn to use their entire forearms to swim. The paddles encourage them to lock their wrists and bend their elbows early. Their catch phase and dps has increased dramatically.

I was not sure how I was going to like using these but I have to say I am really impressed. I have been working on trying to improve my catch for a while. This training aid forces you to do so and even conditions you to use the correct stroke when not using them. I really love these.

I wasn’t sure if this would be the right product for my swimmer but verbal cues and reminders weren’t working. So far we have trained using the fulcrum on freestyle & breaststroke and will be working the other strokes soon. This tool gives great feedback to the swimmer and while there may be some frustration initially as the fulcrum falls off, once the swimmer masters the feel and position then the swimmer can concentrate on becoming aware of good pull. I’ve been telling associates about the fulcrum and how it can benefit the swimmer.

I bought it and didn’t use it too much at the beginning. Lately I brought it to the pool and keep using it. After all it gave me right form while swimming because my left arm needs more attention and not like the right arm. This helps me a LOT! It’s a great buy!

These are so helpful in helping with high elbows and correcting arm entry for free style. We also used them in back and breast to help feel that water. Great tool!
