– To get the maximum benefit from training with paddles, and unless you are training under the supervision of a coach, we recommend that you do not exceed 25% of the total training time with paddles and alternate sets with and without paddles. In this way, the body and hands adapt to the correct stroke movement and internalize it much better.

– The design of the Buddyswim Power Paddle blades with a large number of holes distributed over the entire surface of the paddle improves the aquatic sensitivity and the lifting movement of the arm and hand.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT PADDLE SIZE?

– Buddyswim Power Paddles are available in three sizes so you can choose based on your goals or swimming level. The smallest paddles are size S and are especially recommended for beginner swimmers because they offer less resistance, helping to perfect the technique, but forcing you to use more force to perform the stroke than when swimming without paddles. The intermediate size, or size M, is recommended for swimmers who already have a certain mastery of the technique and advanced swimmers. They offer greater resistance that allows you to perfect the technique, but they force you to use more force to perform the stroke correctly. The largest paddles, or size L, should be used by swimmers with a great mastery of the technique or by advanced and professional swimmers. The resistance is much greater and the main objective is to work on the strength and endurance essential for competition.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

– Rinse in cool, non-chlorinated water after each use.

– Leave to air dry on a towel.

– Please avoid leaving in direct sunlight for extended periods, as it may damage the material.
